Our Story
Greek Isles Grille & Taverna is a family-owned restaurant rooted in the island of Euboea and generations of Greek culinary tradition. Chris Kostas and his wife Amanda continue the legacy started by the Kostas family decades ago in the Dallas area.
After the 2019 tornado, the Royal Lane location was carefully rebuilt — brighter, more open, and with an expanded patio that has become a neighborhood favorite. The spirit of xenia (the ancient Greek ideal of guest-friendship) guides everything we do.
Whether you’re a longtime regular or visiting for the first time, we want you to feel like family.
